  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

  • What are the access hours?

    Normal gate access hours are 6am-10pm. You can purchase 24 hour gate access for $10/mo.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month, however, a 5 day notice is required before you can close out of your storage account. You can give notice via an email to or directly online by completing the form at

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Dolly rentals are available in the lobby for $10 per day.

  • Do you have a referral program?

    We love our customers and believe in the value of our business. If someone you know needs storage, send them our way and we will send you $75! Make sure they mention you by name in the comments section of their move-in survey. Referrals are paid out after the first full-price month in the unit.

  • What are the guidelines when using the moving truck?

    Truck reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. To reserve the truck, customers must provide their Driver’s license, auto insurance, and provide a major credit card, in addition to a signed truck rental agreement. The truck costs $0.85/mi, $35 per day and refueled after use. A $100 hold will be placed on your card for all uses of the truck. The hold will be released, less mileage and fees, upon return of the truck. To request the truck, fill out the form here:

  • What do I do when I no longer need the storage unit?

    A minimum 5 day notice is required when you are finished with storage. You can give your notice by emailing or by filling out the notice to vacate form online at
